am sending this email to sing
the praises of WOW Access and
Kevin in particular. The
service has been absolutely
outstanding and Kevin has, on
several occasions gone out of
his way to ensure our complete
satisfaction.
The high speed connections are
terrific, and Kevin instructed
me how to obtain the necessary
gear to enable me to work on my
lap top from anywhere in my
house - including my back
patio!!
I have spoken to several of my
neighbors and business
associates endorsing
WOW Access and will continue to
do so enthusiastically.

Just a word to say Thanks for
the excellent performance of my
WOWACCESS broadband service.
The service has been remarkably
consistent through all kinds of
weather, and I am routinely
downloading files at >1
Megabit/second. In addition,
the service has worked extremely
well with my employer's VPN
service, which has allowed me to
effortlessly work from home on
the 4-5 days per month I am not
traveling.
I tell everyone I can about your
service, and would be more than
happy to offer some kind of
customer testimonial if you
should ever need it. Thanks for
bringing broadband to Lisle!

My cable TV went out during the
storm, but not my wowaccess
internet
connection - it kept working! I
didn't check speeds, I was too
busy
checking
www.weather.com and
www.cltv.com.
